阵列式衍射光谱测量实验装置研发

【摘要】 围绕快速、精确的光谱测量需求,提出了X射线衍射光谱测量实验装置的阵列式构型,开展了阵列式构型的光学设计、衍射探测单元研制及实验研究。新构型由多个衍射探测单元构成,分别探测轴向的不同区域,大幅提高了探测的范围,并且每个单元的衍射角度相同,保证了每个单元的实测谱对应相同的能量。设计了阵列式X射线衍射系统的结构,研制了衍射探测单元,搭建实验平台实测了扑热息痛的X射线衍射谱,检验了每个单元实测谱的能量分辨率及强度分布的一致性。实验结果表明系统在20 cm范围内能量分辨和强度的标准差分别为0.3keV和0.07,实测谱具有较好的一致性。

【Abstract】 Based on the requirement of fast and accurate spectral measurement, the array configuration of the X-ray diffractometry apparatus was proposed. The optical design, development of detection unit and experimental research were carried out. The new configuration was composed of multiple diffracted detection units, which detect different regions in the axial direction, respectively, and the detected range was improved dramatically. The diffraction angle of each unit is the same, which ensures that the energy of the measured spectrum of each unit is consistent. The structure of X-ray diffracted device with array type was designed, and the detection units were developed. By measuring the X-ray diffracted spectra of paracetamol using the experimental platform, the consistency of energy resolution and intensity distribution of each unit was tested. The experimental results show that the standard deviations of energy resolution and intensity of the system in the range of 20 cm are about 0. 3 keV and 0. 07, respectively, and the measured spectra have good consistency.
