酸性离子液体催化合成乙酸乙酯
Acidic ionic liquid catalyzed synthesis of ethyl acetate
【摘要】 乙酸和乙醇在酸性离子液体正丁基吡啶硫酸氢盐的催化下反应生成乙酸乙酯。对反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间对产率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,离子液体用量为2.5mL,乙酸用量为6g,乙酸与乙醇物质的量之比为1∶1.75,温和回流30min,产率达64%。离子液体重复使用5次后,催化活性基本不变。将离子液体催化应用到基础有机化学实验乙酸乙酯的合成,优化了实验结果,在教学过程中融入绿色化学理念,增强了学生的绿色化学意识。
【Abstract】 Ethyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and ethanol using [BPy] HSO4as catalyst.The effects of molar ratio of reactants, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were studied.The results show that the most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows: reaction time is 30 min, the amount of acetic acid is 6g, the molar ratio of acetic acid and ethanol is 1 ∶ 1. 75 and amount of [BPy] HSO4 is 2. 5mL, the yield is up to 64%. The catalyst can be reused at least five times without significant loss of catalytic activity. The ionic liquid was applied to the synthesis of ethyl acetate in the basic organic chemistry experiment, which optimized the experimental results, integrated the concept of green chemistry into the teaching process, and enhanced the students’ awareness of green chemistry.
