依托公共服务中心进行仪器分析实验教学改革

【摘要】 大型仪器是现代科学技术的基础条件,是加强学科建设的有力支撑,是培养高端科技人才的有效途径。依托重庆大学药学院现有的高端大型仪器完善实验教学硬件设施,积极探索大型仪器分析实验的有效教学模式,拓宽本科生仪器分析实验渠道,丰富与优化课程内容,改善与创新教学方式,提高实验教学质量。经过几年课程教学改革模式的实践,现有的教学模式明显提高了学生的实践操作能力和创新能力,激发了学生学习的积极性,满足了个性化学习的需求,充分发挥了大型仪器设备公共服务中心在本科实验教学中的重要作用。

【Abstract】 Large-scale instruments are the basic conditions of modern science and technology, and provide strong support for discipline construction. Also the application of these instruments is an effective way to train the high-end scientific and technological talents. The paper actively explored the effective teaching mode of large-scale instrumental analysis experiments, aimed to improve the teaching hardware by relying on the existing large instruments of the college, broaden the channels of instrumental analysis experiment for undergraduates, enrich and optimize the course content, improve and innovate the teaching methods and the quality of experimental teaching. After several years of practice in the curriculum teaching reform model, the practical operation ability and innovation ability of students have been improved. The learning enthusiasm has been aroused and individual learning needs have been met. The large-scale instruments can play an important role in undergraduate experimental teaching.
