3D打印实验教学课程的设计与探索

【摘要】 3D打印技术作为一种新兴材料加工成型技术,得到快速发展。3D打印是一种基于三维数学模型,将丝状或粉状材料通过连续的逐层累积叠加,生成三维实体零件的技术。与传统的高分子材料成型加工技术相比, 3D打印技术有许多优势。将新兴的3D打印技术引入高分子材料与工程专业的实验教学中,不仅扩充和完善了实验教学体系,而且极大激发了学生的学习热情和兴趣。

【Abstract】 As a novel rapid proto printing technique, three-dimensional(3D) printing has been rapidly developed in recent year, which can prepare 3D solid objects with increasing successive layers of materials on the basis of 3D mathematical model. 3D printing has many advantages in comparison with traditional polymer processing technology. Here, 3D printing technology was introduced into experimental teaching course for polymer materials and engineering major, which could modify and improve new dimension to the experimental content as well as greatly stimulate the students’ enthusiasm and interests.
