非线性温度载荷下渐变齿高涡齿变形研究

【摘要】 基于温度引起涡齿变形造成的齿头粘连及动、静涡盘轴向间隙的泄漏问题,提出了沿涡齿中心齿顶向外环状递增的渐变齿高涡齿。在建立渐变齿高涡齿动涡盘模型的基础上,分析了涡齿内外壁面温度的变化规律,并利用有限元软件AnsysWorkbench对不同渐变齿高涡齿在非线性温度载荷下的变形进行了研究。结果表明涡齿壁面温度随主轴转角呈非线性变化;非线性温度载荷作用下不同渐变齿高涡齿的最大变形均发生涡齿的中心处最大变形量均在15~16μm之间,为涡齿参数优化设计及压缩机性能提升提供一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the problems of tooth head adhesion and axial clearance leakage of dynamic and static scroll plates caused by temperature deformation,a gradient high scroll wrap which increases along the central tip of scroll tooth to outer annular is proposed.On the basis of establishing the orbiting scroll disk model of high gradient scroll tooth,this paper analyzes the variation law of inner and outer wall temperature of scroll tooth and studies the deformation of gradient high scroll wrap under nonlinear temperature load by Ansys Workbench.The results show that the wall temperature of scroll wrap changes nonlinearly with spindle rotation angle,and that under nonlinear temperature load,the maximum deformation of gradient high scroll wrap occurs at the center of scroll teeth,and the maximum deformation is between 15 μm and 16 μm,which provides a certain reference value for the optimization design of scroll gear parameters and the improvement of compressor performance.
