基于红外相机技术对中华斑羚活动节律的研究

【摘要】 动物行为是动物对外界环境变化和内在生理活动改变所做出的整体性反应,动物行为节律研究是了解其活动特征时空变化及影响因素的重要内容。因此,于2017年3月—2018年12月采用红外相机监测技术,在药山国家级自然保护区布设了45台红外相机对中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus)的日活动节律进行研究。结果表明:中华斑羚的活动具有明显的晨昏性,活动模式呈经典的双峰型,上午的活动高峰出现在06:00—09:00,活动的最高峰出现在09:00,下午的活动高峰出现在16:00—20:00,活动的最高峰出现在19:00,2个活动高峰出现在日出和日落前后,为昼行性活动。通过对中华斑羚的月活动节律研究发现,各月份间的相对活动强度存在显著性差异(t=5.289,df=11,P <0.05),活动频率在7月达到峰值。对季节活动节律研究发现,4个季节间的相对活动强度存在显著性差异(t=3.328,df=3,P <0.05),表现出不同的活动规律。昼夜节律分析表明,中华斑羚具有较强的昼行性活动能力。

【Abstract】 Animal behavior is the holistic response of individuals to the changes of external environments and intrinsic physiological processes. Animal behavioral rhythm is an important research content in understanding the impact of external temporal and spatial factors on animal activities.Therefore,from March 2017 to December 2018,45 infrared camera stations were set up in the Yaoshan National Nature Reserve to observe the behavioral rhythm of Chinese goral( Naemorhedus griseus). The results showed that the activities of Chinese goral showed a clear pattern at both dawn and dusk. The activity pattern presented a classic bimodal pattern,with activities occurred mostly at 06: 00-09: 00 in the morning and 16: 00-20: 00 in the afternoon,and peaked at09: 00 in the morning and 19: 00 in the afternoon respectively. The two activity peaks occurred around sunrise and sunset, which were diurnal activities. Through the study of monthly activity rhythm of Chinese goral,it is found that the relative activity intensity of each month is significant difference( t = 5. 289,df = 11,P < 0. 05),the activity frequency peaked in July. The study of seasonal activity rhythm showed that there were significant differences in the relative activity intensity among the four seasons( t = 3. 328,df = 3,P < 0. 05),showing different activity rules. The analysis of circadian rhythm showed that the Chinese goral had strong diurnal activity.
