在低共熔溶剂中电解废旧铅膏制备铅粉
Preparation of Lead Powder by Electrolysisof Scrap Lead Paste in Deep Eutectic Solvent
【摘要】 采用氯化胆碱∶乙二醇摩尔比为1∶2的氯化胆碱-乙二醇低共熔溶剂(ChCl-EG DES)为电解质,对废旧铅酸蓄电池铅膏进行电解,回收制备铅粉。探讨了温度、废旧铅酸蓄电池铅膏(SLP)浓度对SLP+ChCl-EG溶液黏度和电导率的影响。结果表明:溶液的黏度随温度的升高而减小,随SLP浓度的升高而增大,电导率的变化反之。恒电位沉积试验发现,当SLP浓度为30 g/L时,电流效率达87.58%,电能单耗为738.47 kW·h/t。产物的微观形貌随浓度的增加从棒状逐渐转变为不规则块状。
【Abstract】 Using choline chloride-ethylene glycol eutectic solvent(ChCl-EG DES)with choline chloride∶ethylene glycol molar ratio of 1∶2 as electrolyte, lead powder is prepared by electrolytic recovery of scrap lead paste(SLP).The viscosity and conductivity of SLP+ChCl-EG solvent as a function of temperature and concentration was discussed.The results show that the viscosity of SLP+ChCl-EG reduces with the increase of temperature and enhances with the increase of SLP concentration and the conductivity presents the opposite trend.The constant voltage deposition experiment shows that when the SLP concentration is 30 g/L,the current efficiency is 87.58% and the specific energy consumption is 738.47 kW·h/t.The microscopic morphology of the product gradually changed from rod-like to irregular block-like with the increase of concentration.
