MXene基微型超级电容器的设计与组装策略
Design and Assembly Strategy of MXene-based Micro-supercapacitor
【摘要】 便携式、可穿戴、智能化电子设备的迅速崛起,对现有储能设备提出了更高的要求。微型超级电容器作为一种新型、高性能的储能器件,具有小型化、高安全性、易集成化等特点,满足微型化电子设备的需求。MXene是一种新兴的二维材料,具有高容量、高导电性等特征,被认为是微型超级电容器的理想候选材料。综述了近年来MXene基微型超级电容器的设计与组装的研究进展。首先综述了微型MXene电极的构建策略,并且总结其电化学性能。此外,还致力于批判性分析MXene基微型超级电容器的现状,并在此基础上预测其未来的挑战、前景和机遇。
【Abstract】 The rapid rise of portable, wearable, and intelligent electronic devices has put forward high requirements for energy storage equipment.Micro-supercapacitors with high performance display miniaturization, high safety and easy integration, which meet the needs of miniaturized electronic devices.MXene with high capacity and conductivity is an emerging two-dimensional material, and is considered as an ideal candidate material for micro-supercapacitors.This paper summarizes the design and assembly of MXene-based micro-supercapacitors in recent years.Firstly, the construction strategies of MXene micro-electrodes and their electrochemical properties are reviewed.Moreover, we are committed to critically analyze the current situation of MXene-based micro-supercapacitors and predict their future challenges, prospects, and opportunities.
