【摘要】 滇西抗战档案的收集整理始于20世纪80年代，总体上呈现出阶段性、地域性、多样性的特点。近年来在编纂开发方面取得突出进展和多种成果，使大量零散档案史料实现集成化和专题化。但实践中也面临着诸多困难和问题，主要是缺乏全面系统的开发利用，特别是开放公布、资源共享还做得很不够，在一定程度上影响了学术研究的深入发展。从档案部门来说，急需与相关各方形成合力，扎实收集整理等基础性工作，抓紧开展口述档案采集整理工作，做好编纂公布等开发利用工作，建立专门的研究机构和学术队伍，推动“基础工程”和“应用工程”建设迈上新台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 The collection and study of the archives concerning the War of Resistance against Japanese Invasion in western Yunnan began in the 1980 s, showing the characteristics of development stages, typical regions and diversity on the whole. Outstanding progress and achievements have been made in their compilation and exploitation in recent years, with a large number of scattered archives and historical materials integrated and specialized. However, there are also many difficulties and problems in practice, mainly due to the lack of comprehensive and systematic exploitation and utilization, and especially the sharing and publication of such archives still remains unsatisfactory, which has somewhat hindered the in-depth academic research. As far as the archives-related departments are concerned, it is urgent to make joint efforts with the relevant participants, do the basic work well such as collection and collation, especially those of oral archives, aim at good exploitation and utilization as well as compilation and publication, establish special research institutions and academic teams, and promote the construction of “the basic engineering project” and “the application engineering project” to a new level.更多还原
