【Abstract】 The common problems in the management of biochemical test reagents were analyzed and summarized in the whole process of ordering, storage and use. Standardized management of biochemical test reagents was implemented through measures such as evaluating the usage of biochemical test reagents before making procurement plans, establishing independent room temperature reagent racks to store room temperature reagents that had been and not released from the electronic library in separate areas and evaluating the reagent expiration period after the bottle was opened.
