【摘要】 目的：探讨PDCA循环应用于手供一体智能仓储系统试运行期间持续质量改进的效果，保障设备进入良好的运行状态。方法：运用PDCA循环管理方法，分析智能仓储设备试运行过程中出现的问题和成因，找出解决办法，制定标准化流程，进行持续优化和改进，并对改善前后的数据进行对比分析。结果：实施PDCA循环管理后，设备出现问题的次数从33项降低至11项，故障发生率下降了66.67%。结论：在手供一体智能仓储系统试运行过程中运用PDCA循环管理方法，明确了解决问题的路径和方法，对设备启用调试和运行质量的提高具有较好的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of PDCA cycle on continuous quality improvement of the operation-supply integrated intelligent storage system during its trial. Methods PDCA cycle management was used to analyze the problems and causes during the trial of the operation-supply integrated intelligent storage system and to propose countermeasures and standardized procedures to realize continuous improvement, and the data before and after the involvement of PDCA cycle were analyzed and compared. Results The involvement of PDCA cycle management made the number of equipment failures deceased from 33 to 11, with the failure rate lowered by 66.67%. Conclusion Applying PDCA cycle in the trial of the the operation-supply integrated intelligent storage system clarifies the pathway and means for problem solving, contributing to the quality improvement of equipment debugging and operation.
