不同育苗基质对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的影响

【摘要】 为筛选出适合橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的育苗基质,提高橡胶树芽接苗质量,研究以甘蔗渣、生红土和泥炭土为原料,按不同体积比均匀混合后用于育苗,通过比较苗木的地上地下部分生长情况及根团宿土能力,并结合隶属函数值法系统评价育苗基质对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同体积比的育苗基质对橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗地上地下部分的生长、生物量的分配及根团的宿土能力均有显著影响(P<0.05);苗木地上部分生长,生红土 75%+泥炭土 25%为育苗基质培育的苗木在各阶段的生长都较迅速;从主根粗、主根长、生物量、根冠比和根团宿土率指标来看,生红土 75%+泥炭土 25%和生红土 80%+甘蔗渣 10%+泥炭土 10%要优于其他处理,隶属函数值综合评价结果为 N7> N8> N6> N5> N4> N3> N1> N2。经综合评价,筛选出最适合橡胶树籽苗芽接袋育苗生长的基质为生红土 75%+泥炭土 25%。

【Abstract】 Comparison study on growth of bagged rubber seedlings in different substrates was conducted. The results show:Nursing substrates with different volume ratios had significant impacts(P<0.05)on rubber seedling growth of aboveground and underground parts, as well as the distribution of biomass and the ability of root ball holding soil; Judging from the two indicators of stem diameter and seedling height, N7(laterite 75%+ peat soil 25%)grows rapidly at each stage, besides comparing the five indexes of main root length、main root diameter, biomass, root shoot ratio and root ball holding soil rate when the third umbrella-leaf is stable, N7and N8were also better than other treatments; The rank of comprehensive evaluation of bagged rubber seedling in different substrates by using membership function is: N7> N8> N6> N5> N4> N3>N1> N2. Therefore, the optimum medium for bagged rubber seedling is N7(laterite 75%+ peat soil 25%).
