2种鳞毛蕨属植物醇提物的抗氧化、降血糖及抗炎活性

【摘要】 通过DPPH自由基与ABTS自由基清除实验探究重齿鳞毛蕨乙醇提取物(DJE)和假边果鳞毛蕨乙醇提取物(DCE)的体外抗氧化活性,采用pNPG法以及脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7炎症模型对DJE与DCE的降血糖和抗炎活性进行评价.结果显示:2种植物的乙醇提取物均对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基显示出良好的清除活性,80~100μg/mL的DJE对DPPH自由基的清除活性与VC相当;2种提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶均具有显著的抑制活性,其IC50值分别为(1.04±0.27)μg/mL和(5.73±1.18)μg/mL;在不影响细胞正常增殖的情况下,DJE在6.25~12.50μg/mL范围内,以及DCE在6.25~50.00μg/mL范围内,两者能不同程度地抑制炎症细胞分泌NO.

【Abstract】 The in vitro antioxidant activity of the ethanol extract of Dryopteris juxtaposita(DJE) and the ethanol extract of Dryopteris caroli-hopei(DCE) were explored through DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging experiments, and the pNPG method and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) induced mouse macrophage RAW264.7 inflammation model were used to evaluate the hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory activities of DJE and DCE.The results showed that the ethanol extracts of the two plants showed good scavenging activity on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals, and the scavenging activity of DJE at 80~100 μg/mL on DPPH free radicals was equivalent to that of Vc.Both extracts showed significant inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase, with IC50 values of(1.04±0.27)μg/mL and(5.73±1.18)μg/mL,respectively.DJE(6.25~12.50 μg/mL) and DCE(6.25~50.00 μg/mL) exerted different inhibitory effects on NO production from inflammatory cells, but no obvious effect on cell proliferation.
