【Abstract】 Distributive justice is the ethical basis for the sustainable development of human to nature and of person to person.Wenz built a new theory of environmental justice with distributive justice theme, what the core concerning is how to distribute the environmental interests and environmental burden instead of scarce or overweight. On this basis, we can distribute the kind of environmental good(environmental benefit) and environmental bad(environmental burden) between inter-generational group,intra-generational group and inter-species group through the theoretical principles of concentric circles, in order to promote the realization of three dimensions of environmental justice.更多还原
