【摘要】 目的 评价预防性敷料对无创正压通气（NIPPV）患者鼻面部压疮的预防效果。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、CBM、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase数据库中关于敷料用于无创机械通气患者的随机对照试验，检索时限为建库至2022年1月，经2名研究者筛选文献、提取信息与质量评价后，采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入1 696例患者；Meta分析结果显示，使用预防性敷料预防NIPPV患者鼻面部压疮的效果优于常规护理，差异有统计学意义（RR=0.40,95%CI:0.27～0.59,P<0.01）。结论 将预防性敷料用于NIPPV患者可有效预防鼻面部压疮。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The preventive effect of preventive dressing on nasal and facial pressure ulcers in patients with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) was evaluated. Methods With the randomized controlled experiments of dressing used in patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation retrieved in CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, VIP, PubMed,Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Embase databases, the literature screening, information extraction and quality evaluation were conducted by two researchers, with the database building time to January 2022 as the retrieval time, using RevMan 5.4 software for meta analysis.Results With the inclusion of 1696 patients, the meta analysis results showed that the effect of using preventive dressing to prevent rhinofacial pressure ulcers in NIPPV patients was better than that of conventional nursing care, with a statistically significant difference(RR=0.40,95%CI: 0.27-0.59, P<0.01). Conclusion The use of prophylactic dressings in NIPPV patients can effectively prevent rhinofacial pressure ulcers.更多还原
