【摘要】 目的 分析呋喃唑酮治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年5月至2021年5月收治的78例消化性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，根据奇偶分配原则将其分为对照组(n=39，克拉霉素+阿莫西林+泮托拉唑+泌剂)与试验组(n=39，呋喃唑酮+阿莫西林+泮托拉唑+泌剂)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 试验组的溃疡愈合总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，试验组的转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平高于对照组，一氧化氮(NO)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，试验组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3+)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4+)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4+/CD8+)高于对照组，白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 呋喃唑酮可通过降低炎性因子水平、改善免疫功能来促进消化性溃疡患者溃疡愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of furazolidone in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods A total of78 patients with peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=39,clarithromycin + amoxicillin + pantoprazole + secretory agent) and experimental group(n=39,furazolidone + amoxicillin + pantoprazole + secretory agent) according to the principle of odd even distribution.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of ulcer healing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of nitric oxide(NO),matrix metallo-proteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metallo-proteinase-3(MMP-3) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 3positive(CD3+),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4+) and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8positive(CD4+/CD8+) in the experimental were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8positive(CD8+) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Furazolidone can promote ulcer healing of peptic ulcer patients by reducing the levels of inflammatory factors and improving immune function.更多还原
