运动想象疗法在脑卒中后功能康复中的研究进展

【摘要】 脑卒中具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率等特点,发病后常导致多种功能障碍。临床上常采用各种康复治疗手段以降低患者致残率,其中运动想象(MI)疗法作为较为新兴的康复治疗手段,因其具有经济、简便、无创等优点逐渐在临床得以推广应用。MI被发现可以改善脑卒中患者的运动表现和学习、神经重组和皮层激活,同时在提高皮质脊髓兴奋性、H反射、脊髓牵张反射及交互抑制等方面有一定作用。

【Abstract】 Stroke is characterized by high morbidity, mortality and disability, and often leads to a variety of functional disorders. In clinical practice, various rehabilitation methods are often used to reduce the disability rate of patients, among which motor imagery(MI) therapy as a relatively new rehabilitation method, has been gradually promoted and applied in clinical practice due to its advantages of economy, simplicity and non-invasive. MI has been found to improve motor performance and learning, nerve reorganization and cortical activation in stroke patients. At the same time, MI plays a certain role in improving corticospinal excitability, H reflex, spinal cord stretch reflex and interactive inhibition.
