【摘要】 近年来全髋关节置换术日益成熟，但患者仍然存在着大量失血的问题，针对全髋关节置换术中的血液管理策略有许多新的研究，不过单独应用均不能解决全髋关节置换术围手术期的失血问题。研究显示，将多种血液保护方案合并为单一策略，可以避免输注异体血带来的风险。因此，本研究从自体输血、促进红细胞生成、减少红细胞损失三个方面对全髋关节围手术期血液管理各种方法的最新进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Total hip arthroplasty has become more and more mature in recent years, but patients still has the problem of massive blood loss. There are many new researches on blood management strategy of total hip arthroplasty, but they can not solve the problem of perioperative blood loss in total hip arthroplasty alone. Research shows that the combination of multiple blood protection schemes into a single strategy can avoid the risk of allogeneic blood transfusion. Therefore, this paper reviews the latest progress of various methods of perioperative blood management of total hip arthroplasty from three aspects: autologous blood transfusion, promoting erythropoiesis and reducing red blood cell loss.更多还原
