【摘要】 目的 分析强化护理干预在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的200例输尿管结石患者为研究对象，按照随机分组方式将其分为对照组和研究组，每组100例。对照组行常规护理，研究组行强化护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 研究组的术后疼痛评分、体温低于对照组，拔出双J管时间、尿常规恢复正常时间、术后血尿持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术中，研究组的舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后，研究组的心理领域、生理领域、环境领域及社会领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率为6.00%，低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论 强化护理干预应用于输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者中，可降低疼痛感，缩短拔出双J管时间、尿常规恢复正常时间、术后血尿持续时间，降低生命体征波动幅度，且并发症发生风险小，具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of intensive nursing intervention on patients with ureteral stone treated with holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteropyeloscopy.Methods A total of 200 patients with ureteral stonei who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteropyeloscopy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received intensive nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain score and body temperature in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of pulling out the double J tube,the time of routine urine return to normal and the duration of postoperative hematuria in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).During operation,the diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of psychological field,physiological field,environmental field and social field in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 25.00% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention applied in patients with ureteral stone treated with holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteropyeloscopy can reduce pain,shorten the time of pulling out the double J tube,the time of routine urine return to normal and the duration of postoperative hematuria,reduce the fluctuation of vital signs,and with a low incidence risk of complications,which has high clinical application value.更多还原
