无线便携式组织血氧检测仪的开发与研制

【摘要】 目的 开发研制一种便携式组织血氧检测仪,用于临床上实时、动态检测断指/断肢再植、皮瓣移植术后组织血氧值,帮助医护人员早期评估再植组织的血运情况。方法 基于近红外光谱法,利用人体血液中含氧血红蛋白和脱氧血红蛋白对近红外光吸收度不同的原理来进行组织血氧检测,采用无线蓝牙技术实现终端数据传输,并通过长时程的大数据管理和人工智能算法对再植组织的血氧水平进行智能评价。结果 设备的再植组织血氧参数测量范围为20%~100%,误差值为±2%,有效无线传输距离>3 m,基于人工智能算法的大数据管理,可以实现组织血氧水平的标定和评价。结论 无线便携式组织血氧检测仪体积小、重量轻、测量数据准确,能够帮助医护人员实时了解再植组织的恢复情况,有利于把握治疗的最佳时机。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a portable tissue blood oxygen detector for clinical real-time and dynamic detection of tissue blood oxygen values after amputated finger/limb replantation and skin flap transplantation, so as to help medical staff early assess the tissue blood supply of replanted tissues. Methods Based on near-infrared spectroscopy, tissue blood oxygen detection was performed by using the principle that oxygenated hemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin in human blood have different absorption of near-infrared light, using wireless Bluetooth technology to realize terminal data transmission, and long-term big data management and artificial intelligence algorithm to intelligently evaluate the blood oxygen level of the replanted tissue. Results The measurement range of blood oxygen parameters of the replanted tissue of the equipment was 20% to 100%, the error value was ±2%, and the effective wireless transmission distance was >3 m. The big data management based on artificial intelligence algorithm could realize the calibration and evaluation of tissue blood oxygen level. Conclusion The wireless portable tissue blood oxygen detector is small in size, light in weight, and accurate in measurement data. It can help medical staff to understand the recovery of the replanted tissue in real time, which is conducive to grasp the best opportunity for treatment.
