【摘要】 目的：探讨经皮肾镜1 470 nm激光肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗背侧肾囊肿的效果。方法：选取2020年8月-2021年8月阳江市人民医院收治的80例背侧肾囊肿患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组予以传统腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术，观察组予以经皮肾镜1 470 nm激光肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗。观察两组手术相关指标、住院费用、术后疼痛评分及并发症发生情况等。结果：观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后6 h、1 d视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为0(0/40)，低于对照组的15.00%(6/40)(P<0.05)。结论：经皮肾镜1 470 nm激光肾囊肿去顶减压术可减少背侧肾囊肿术中出血，改善患者术后疼痛体验，缩短手术时间及住院时间，减少住院费用，降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephroscopy 1 470 nm laser renal cyst decapitation decompression in the treatment of dorsal renal cyst.Method:A total of 80 patients with dorsal renal cysts who treated in Yangjiang People’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparoscopic renal cyst decapitation decompression,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephroscopy 1 470 nm laser renal cyst decapitation decompression.The operation related indexes,hospitalization expenses,postoperative pain scores and complications of two groups were observed.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the observation group at 6 h,1 d after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0 (0/40),which was lower than 15.00% (6/40) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephroscopy 1 470 nm laser renal cyst decapitation decompression can reduce intraoperative bleeding of dorsal renal cyst,improve postoperative pain experience,shorten operation time and hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization expenses,and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
