【摘要】 目的：分析气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用腕踝针与中药熏蒸联合治疗所取得的效果。方法：将2020年3月-2021年6月在惠安县医院进行治疗的气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者62例作为研究对象，并通过随机数表法将其分成对照组与观察组，各31例，对照组接受西药治疗，观察组接受腕踝针与中药熏蒸联合治疗，对比治疗前后患者血液流变学指标及感觉神经传导速度改善情况。结果：治疗后两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度及全血高切黏度均低于治疗前，治疗前后组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗后观察组上述指标水平均低于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组正中神经、尺神经感觉神经传导速度均高于治疗前，组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗后两组对比，观察组感觉神经传导速度明显更快，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组正中神经、胫神经运动神经传导速度均高于治疗前，组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗后两组对比观察组运动神经传导速度明显更快，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用腕踝针与中药熏蒸联合治疗能够改善患者血液流变学指标及神经传导速度，具有推荐应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method:A total of 62 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis treated in Hui’an County Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group received wrist ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The improvement of hemorheological indexes and sensory nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in two groups were lower than those before treatment,there were significant differences between the groups before and after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve after treatment were higher than those before treatment,with significant differences within the groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were compared,the observation group were significantly faster than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and tibial nerve were higher than those before treatment,and there were significant differences within the groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were compared,the observation group were significantly faster than those of control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of wrist ankle acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve hemorheological indexes and nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.It has recommended application value.更多还原
