【摘要】 目的：分析腰椎间盘突出症患者接受臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗后对其临床疗效、VAS评分及复发率的影响。方法：选择2018年6月-2020年12月费县中医医院收治的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法，分为观察组(44例，行臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗)和对照组(44例，行糖皮质激素侧隐窝注射治疗)。对比两组VAS、JOA评分、病症复发率及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组VAS、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1周、治疗后1个月，观察组VAS评分低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组总有效率(97.73%)高于对照组(79.55%)，观察组复发率(2.27%)低于对照组(18.18%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗应用到腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗中，能降低患者的VAS评分和病症复发率，对提升患者的临床疗效，根治患者的腰椎间盘突出症，改善腰痛、坐骨神经痛等症状均有重要意义，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effects of Ozone Water lateral crypt injection on the clinical efficacy,VAS score and recurrence rate of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 88 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Fei County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group (44 cases,received ozone water lateral crypt injection) and control group (44 cases,received glucocorticoid lateral crypt injection) according to random number table method.The VAS,JOA scores,disease recurrence rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no differences in VAS and JOA scores between the two groups (P>0.05).One week after treatment and one month after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,JOA score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group (97.73%) was higher than that of the control group (79.55%),and the recurrence rate of the observation group (2.27%) was lower than that of the control group (18.18%),with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ozone Water side recess injection in the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can reduce VAS score and disease recurrence rate of patients,improve the clinical efficacy of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and improve the symptoms of lumbar pain,sciatica and so on,which is of great significance and worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
