【摘要】 目的：评价上颌窦底液压内提升同期种植应用于上颌后牙缺失患者的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年12月暨南大学附属口腔医院上颌后牙种植修复的62例患者。按随机数字表将其分为对照组及研究组，各31例。研究组实施上颌窦底液压内提升同期种植手术，对照组实施传统上颌窦底骨凿内提升同期种植手术。比较两组术中、术后1、7 d疼痛评分及并发症。结果：研究组术中VAS评分为(5.58±1.12)分，术后1 d VAS评分为(4.05±0.47)分，术后7 d VAS评分为(1.02±0.11)分，均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.45%，低于对照组的25.81%(P<0.05)。结论：上颌窦底液压内提升同期种植的临床效果较好，能减轻患者术中、术后的疼痛感，减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of maxillary sinus floor hydraulic internal lifting simultaneous implantation in patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss.Method:From January 2019 to December 2020,a total of 62 patients with maxillary posterior dental implant restoration in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jinan University were selected.According to random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,31 cases in each group.In the study group,maxillary sinus floor hydraulic internal lifting simultaneous implantation surgery was performed,while in the control group,conventional maxillary sinus floor bone chisel internal lifting operation was performed.The pain scores during surgery and 1 and 7 days after surgery,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:In the study group,the VAS score was (5.58±1.12) points during surgery,the VAS score was (4.05±0.47) points 1 day after surgery,and the VAS score was (1.02±0.11) points 7 days after surgery,which were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was 6.45%,which was lower than 25.81% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the maxillary sinus floor hydraulic internal lifting simultaneous implantation is better,which can reduce the pain of patients during and after the surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.更多还原
