冷轧高强钢带钢宽度自适应工作辊辊形研究

【摘要】 轧机辊形配置是影响轧制产品板形质量的重要因素,其中工作辊辊形是最灵活最直接的辊形配置工艺。某厂在生产窄规格高强钢的过程中容易出现双边浪板形缺陷,更换更大凸度二次曲线工作辊后,导致其他规格带钢轧制过程中出现中浪缺陷。本文依托该厂酸轧机组的生产工艺以及出现的板形缺陷形式,使用有限元工具分析出现板形缺陷的原因,提出了一种宽度自适应的工作辊辊形。

【Abstract】 The roll shape configuration of rolling mill is an important factor affecting the shape quality of rolled products, and the work roll shape is the most flexible and direct roll shape configuration process. In the process of producing narrow specification high-strength steel, double side wave plate shape defects are easy to appear in a factory. After replacing the work roll with greater convexity conic, medium wave defects appear in the rolling process of other specifications of strip steel. Based on the production process of the acid rolling mill and the form of flatness defects, this paper uses the finite element tool to analyze the causes of flatness defects, finally puts forward a width adaptive work roll profile curve, and gives the design method and theory of the curve. The effectiveness of the roll shape is verified by practical testing.
