【摘要】 目的 观察壮药泥灸治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法 收集本院近2年间诊断为KOA(风寒湿痹瘀阻型)的患者120例，并随机分成3组，每组40例。分别为治疗组(壮药泥灸组)，对照A组(温针灸组)，对照B组(单纯TDP灯照射组)。14 d为1个疗程，2个疗程后进行骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)与膝关节疼痛(VAS)指数评分。结果 3组患者治疗后的VAS及WOMAC指数评分均有所降低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组患者的临床总有效率、治疗后疼痛VAS及WOMAC指数评分明显优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 壮药泥灸治疗KOA能够显著改善患者膝关节的活动能力，缓解关节疼痛以及僵硬程度，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Zhuang medicine mud moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis( KOA). Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with KOA in Guangxi Minzu Hospital in recent 2 years were randomly divided into 3 groups with 40 cases in each group. They were treatment group( Zhuang medicine mud moxibustion group),control group A( warm moxibustion group),control group B( TDP lamp irradiation group). 14 days was a course of treatment.
