基于中国科学院菌物标本馆馆藏标本的中国蜡蘑属分类研究

【摘要】基于系统发育方法，通过对中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆（HMAS）馆藏的2000年之后采集的蜡蘑属标本开展了分子鉴定和分类学研究，共发现16个种，其中包括新种炭黑蜡蘑Laccaria anthracina和3个中国新记录种（蛛网蜡蘑Laccaria araneosa、红蜡蘑浅色变种Laccaria laccata var. pallidifolia、小蜡蘑Laccaria parva），增补了国内已知物种分布报道，为蜡蘑属研究提供了分子鉴定的参考序列和核心参考文献，为今后开展我国蜡蘑属物种资源调查提供科学参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 We carried out the molecular identification and taxonomic study of Laccaria species collected after 2000 in the Fungarium of Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences(HMAS) based on the phylogenetic analysis. A total of 16 species including the new species L.anthracina and 3 new records(L. araneosa, L. laccata var. pallidifolia, L. parva) in China were identified, and the distribution of known species in China was supplemented. The standard sequences and core references for molecular identification of each species are provided as the basis for future investigation of Laccaria resources in China.更多还原
