六氟环氧丙烷二聚体羧酸(HFPO-DA)环境和生态毒性研究进展

【摘要】 全氟聚醚羧酸是一类全氟辛酸(PFOA)的替代品,这些化合物因其在环境中普遍存在、高生物累积性以及毒性而引起了人们的广泛关注。六氟环氧丙烷二聚体羧酸(HFPO-DA)是其中的一个,近年来被越来越多地用于含氟聚合物的制造。从合成、性能以及它们在环境中的存在情况、生态毒性和降解回收等角度进行了综述,对HFPO-DA和PFOA的毒理学数据进行了比较,综合现有的数据显示,HFPO-DA显示出更低的生物蓄积潜力和肝毒性。

【Abstract】 Perfluoropolyether carboxylic acids are a class of substitutes for perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA), which have attracted extensive attention due to their ubiquity to the environment, high bioaccumulation, and toxicity. Hexafluoropropylene oxide dimer carboxylic acid(HFPO-DA) is one of them and has been increasingly used in the manufacture of fluoropolymers in recent years. In this review, its synthesis, performance, and environmental occurence, ecotoxicity, degradation and recovery were reviewed, toxicological data of HFPO-DA and PFOA were compared. Combined with the available data, HFPO-DA showed lower bioaccumulative potential and hepatotoxicity than PFOA.
