CuI催化五氟苯甲酸盐与五氟卤苯脱羧偶联制备十氟联苯的研究
Study on the CuI Catalyzed Decarboxylation Coupling of Pentafluorobenzoate with Pentafluorohalobenzene to Prepare Decafluorobiphenyl
【摘要】 以五氟苯甲酸和五氟卤苯为原料、二乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂、碘化亚铜催化脱羧偶联制备了十氟联苯。探索了催化剂用量、五氟苯甲酸钾用量、溶剂、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响。与五氟溴苯脱羧偶联收率为64%,与五氟碘苯脱羧偶联收率为75%。通过13C-NMR和GC-MS进行了结构表征。
【Abstract】 Using pentafluorobenzoic acid as raw materials, cuprous iodide as catalyst, diglyme as solvent, decafluorobiphenyl was synthesized by copper-catalyzed decarboxylation coupling reaction. The effects of catalyst, amount of potassium pentafluorobenzoate, solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time on the reaction were explored. The yields of decarboxylation coupling with pentafluorobromobenzene and pentafluoroiodobenzene were 64% and 75%, respectively. The product structure was characterized by 13C-NMR and GC-MS analysis.
