【Abstract】 President Xi Jinping solemnly promised that my country’s CO₂ emissions will "peak by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060".During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,under the dual-carbon background,we started from the resource level of my country’s hot-rolled steel production and supply,and then analyzed the downstream steel structure demand level from the mind map of section steel products,and finally led from the national standard and related major research plans.From the perspective of project promotion,a systematic analysis of my country’s hot-rolled steel production and demand will inevitably follow the trend of "scientific development and green construction".更多还原
