【摘要】 目的 分析天津地区新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)临床分型对患者肾功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析181例天津地区COVID-19患者的临床资料，根据入院当天病情将患者分成A组(重型和危重型，43例)和B组(轻型和普通型，138例)。比较两组患者的临床相关指标，采用多因素logistic回归分析COVID-19患者临床分型的影响因素，观察两组患者入院7 d内肾功能的变化。结果 181例患者中位年龄45岁，男性占50.3%。A组肾功能受损患者比例略高于B组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，估算肾小球滤过率不是COVID-19临床分型重型和危重型的独立影响因素(P>0.05)。B组肾功能受损患者比例在入院7 d内下降(P<0.05)。结论 天津地区COVID-19患者肾功能受损与其临床分型有关；但总体来看，肾功能受损情况不严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of clinical classification of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) on the renal function of the patients in Tianjin area.Methods The clinical data of 181 patients with COVID-19 in Tianjin area were analyzed retrospectively.According to the illness status on the day of admission, the patients were divided into two groups of A(severe type and critical type, 43 cases) and B(mild type and common type, 138 cases).The clinical relevant indexes were compared between the two groups.The influencing factors for COVID-19 clinical classification were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.The change of renal function within 7 days after admission was observed.Results The median age of 181 patients was 45 years old, in whom male accounted for 50.3%.The proportion of the patients with renal function impairment in group A was slightly higher than that in group B(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the estimated glomerular filtration rate was not an independent factor for severe and critical COVID-19 clinical classification(P>0.05).The proportion of the patients with impaired renal function in group B was decreased within 7 days after admission(P<0.05).Conclusion Renal function impairment in the patients with COVID-19 in Tianjin area is related to the clinical classification.On the whole, the renal function impairment in the patients with COVID-19 is not serious.更多还原
