基于超宽带定位技术的急诊专病系统设计与应用

【摘要】 目的:建设急诊专病系统,通过路径管理的方式实现重点病种患者就诊过程的时间追踪和管理,大幅度提高急诊患者的抢救成功率。方法:通过部署超宽带定位技术、建立可编程的路径管理、集成各临床系统数据等方式,实现急救路径的设计和专病患者关键时间节点的自动采集以及质控指标的维护和统计。结果:系统自动形成以患者为中心的救治路径,可以全流程、全方位地追踪和质控医疗诊疗过程。结论:提升临床的工作效率,提高医院急诊的医疗服务质量,加强了科室的管理水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To build an special disease system in emergency department, and to realize the time tracking and management of the treatment process of patients with key diseases through path management, and greatly improve the rescue success rate of emergency patients. Methods Through the deployment of UWB(Ultra-Wide Band)positioning technology, the establishment of programmable path management and the integration data of various clinical systems, the design of emergency path, the automatic collection of critical time nodes of patients with special diseases,and the maintenance and statistics of quality control indicators were realized. Results The system automatically formed a patient-centered treatment path, which could track and control the medical diagnosis and treatment process in a wholeprocess and all-round way. Conclusion The application of the system can improve the efficiency of clinical work and the quality of hospital emergency services, and strengthen the management of departments.
