基于5G互联网医院的远程探视系统构建与应用
Construction and application of remote visiting system based on 5G Internet hospital
【摘要】 目的:构建基于5G互联网医院的远程探视系统,缓解新生儿家属因疫情防控限制而产生的探视焦虑感,解决医疗机构远程探视资源不足、探视流程混乱以及探视效率较低等问题。方法:采用5G室分技术,将5G信号覆盖新生儿重症监护病区(NICU),构建远程探视软硬件终端系统,结合新生儿电子健康卡和院内信息集成平台,实现新生儿的诊疗数据互通共享,为家属提供高清晰、低延时的实时视频探视。结果:打破线下探视局限性,有效缓解家属焦虑心情,在疫情防控期间提升了医疗机构便民利民服务能力。结论:基于5G互联网医院的远程探视系统为疫情常态化防控下的医疗机构重症监护探视提供了一种有效的解决方案,提升了居民就医获得感。
【Abstract】 Objective By building a remote visiting architecture based on 5G Internet hospitals, the anxiety of neonatal family members due to COVID-19 prevention and control restrictions is alleviated, and the problems of insufficient remote visiting resources, chaotic visiting process and low visiting efficiency of medical institutions are addressed. Methods 5G room division technology was adopted to cover the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)with 5G signals, and a remote visit software and hardware terminal system was conducted. Combined with neonatal electronic health card and hospital information integration platform, the exchange and sharing of neonatal diagnosis and treatment data were carried out, so as to provide high-definition, low-delay and real-time video visits for family members. Results The system can break the limitations of offline visits, and alleviate the anxiety of family members effectively. During the COVID-19 prevention and control period, the ability of medical institutions to provide convenient services to people was improved. Conclusion The remote visiting system based on 5G Internet hospitals provides an effective solution for intensive care visits in medical institutions under the normalization of COVID-19prevention and control, and improves people’s sense of gain in receiving medical services.
