【摘要】 目的：对刊有中医药治疗再生障碍性贫血（AA）文献的期刊予以可视化分析，为中医诊疗再生障碍性贫血的研究提供参考与辅助。方法：应用CiteSpace软件对从中国知网数据库中检索的1 643篇刊有中医药研究治疗再生障碍性贫血文献的期刊进行共现分析、聚类分析与突现分析。结果：1957年开始，中医药研究治疗再生障碍性贫血的期刊文章数量一直处于增长状态，2016年后有下降趋势；高频发文作者多集中于孙伟正、周永明、王树庆和周郁鸿所形成的4个自然聚类中；研究机构以黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院居首；关键词突现分析得到54个突现词，聚类分析获得7个有意义聚类。结论：中医药治疗AA的研究热点将是进一步完善中西医结合试验研究和名医传承；主要研究内容包括方药、临床症状、临床观察、中医护理、中西医结合疗法和阴阳两虚等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A visualization analysis is conducted on the journals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM in the treatment of aplastic anemia(AA), wish it can provide reference and assistance for the research of AA treatment with TCM. Methods Using CiteSpace to analyze 1,643 TCM articles related to AA retrieved from CNKI database with co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis and burst analysis. Results Since 1957, the number of research journals about AA treatment with TCM has been on the rise and then declined after 2016, the core authors mainly focus on four natural clusters formed by Sun Weizheng, Zhou Yongming, Wang Shuqing and Zhou Yuhong and The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine tops the list of the research institutions about the TCM treatment of AA, through the burst analysis of keywords, 54 burst words are obtained, the results of cluster analysis includes 7 meaningful terms. Conclusion The current research hotspot focuses on the improvement of experimental studies of the integration of TCM and West Medicine, and the inheritance of famous TCM experts’ experience, the main researching contents of AA treatment with TCM include the formulas of TCM, clinical symptoms and observation, TCM nursing,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy, Yin and Yang deficiency, etc.更多还原
