GC-MS法测定纺织品中硝基苯胺类化合物的迁移量
Determination of the migration amount of nitrobenzene amine compounds in textiles by GC-MS method
【摘要】 建立了GC-MS法测定纺织品中10种硝基苯胺类化合物迁移量的方法。采用四氢呋喃为提取剂,通过超声萃取,超声时间60 min,超声萃取温度60℃,超声功率350 W,以外标法进行定量。结果表明:10种成分能够得到有效分离,在0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均在0.998 6以上,检出限0.45~3.32 mg/kg。方法的平均回收率为85.88%~101.99%,相对标准偏差为1.20%~4.14%。该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于日常纺织品中硝基苯胺类化合物的检测。
【Abstract】 A method for determination of nitrobenzene amine compounds(NACs) amount in textiles is established by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS). Using tetrahydrofuran as the extractant, the extraction is carried out under the conditions of ultrasonic time 60 min, ultrasonic extraction temperature 60 ℃, ultrasonic power 350 W, and the external standard method is used for quantification. The results show that the nitrobenzene amine compounds components can be effectively separated, with good linear relationship between0.5-20.0 mg/kg. The linear correlation coefficients are all above 0.998 6, with the detection limit between 0.45-3.32 mg/kg. The average spiked recoveries of the method are in the range of 90.02%-98.27%. The relative standard deviations of the extractable amount measurements are 1.20%-4.14%.The method is simple and the results are reliable and can be used for the detection of nitrobenzene amine compounds in daily textiles testing.
