基于空基平台的激光通信技术研究和展望

【摘要】 天地一体化信息网络是国家“科技创新2030”率先启动的重大工程项目,被列入国家“十三五”规划纲要以及《十三五国家科技创新规划》,在天地一体化网络建设中,基于空基平台的激光通信技术在其中承担重要角色。首先从系统框架结构简要介绍了空基激光通信技术的组成与应用,再针对空基激光通信技术的研究现状、应用背景进行概述,最后分析了空基激光通信的关键技术和未来发展趋势,为空基激光通信在天地一体化信息网络的建设提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The integrated information network of space and earth is the first major project to be launched in ″science and Technology Innovation 2030″. It has been listed in the outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the National Science and Technology Innovation Plan of the 13th Five-year Plan. In the construction of the integrated of space and earth network, air-based laser communication plays an important role. In this article, we first briefly introduce the air-based laser communication technology from the system frame structure composition and application, and summarize the research status and application background, finally analyze the air-based laser communication key technologies and future development trend. This paper will provide reference value for the construction of space and earth network.
