政府双重补贴政策下的供应链碳减排策略研究
Carbon emission reduction strategies in supply chain with the government’s double subsidy policies
【摘要】 研究由制造商主导的低碳供应链系统,根据政府是否对制造商实施碳减排技术付出的成本进行补贴以及是否对消费者进行绿色消费补贴构建4类供应链决策模型,讨论这两种补贴政策对供应链决策变量与制造商碳减排成效的影响。结果表明,制造商碳减排成本补贴和绿色消费补贴都会促进制造商低碳生产并且提高供应链整体绩效;进行双重补贴时,供应链各成员的利润更高,且产品碳排放量更低;政府仅实施制造商碳减排成本补贴的政策对低碳经济的促进效果要优于政府仅进行绿色消费补贴时的效果。
【Abstract】 The low-carbon supply chain system led by manufacturers was studied, and four supply chain decision models were constructed according to whether the government subsidizes manufacturers for the cost of implementing carbon-reduction technologies or subsidizes consumers for green consumption. The influences of these two subsidy policies on supply chain decision variables and manufacturers’ carbon emission were discussed. The results show that carbon-reduction cost subsidy and green consumption subsidy will promote low-carbon production by manufacturers and improve the overall performance of the supply chain. In the case of double subsidies, profits for all members in the supply chain are higher and carbon emission is lower. The stimulative effect of the policy only subsidizing manufacturers for carbon-reduction costs on low-carbon economy is better than that of the policy only subsidizing green consumption.
