【摘要】 新时代的中国尤其重视周边外交。在中国的积极推动和中尼两国的共同努力下，中尼关系在政治、经济、人文和军事等各个领域均取得重要进展。中尼从“两国世代友好的全面合作伙伴关系”发展为“面向发展与繁荣的世代友好的战略合作伙伴关系”,两国的未来发展目标“比珠穆朗玛峰还高、比长城还长”。中尼关系在新时代取得重要进展的主要动力源于两国的根本利益和现实需要。新时代的中尼关系也面临着一些挑战，包括两国贸易总量小、尼泊尔在地缘政治上对中国有一定的防备心理，尼泊尔国内复杂且不够稳定的政局以及印度和美国等区域内外大国的干扰。其中，印度是阻碍中尼关系发展的最大外部力量。中尼已经积累了应对两国间挑战的丰富经验。只要中尼能够在坚持和平共处五项原则、维护两国共同利益的基础上正确应对两国关系中的主要挑战，即使印度极力阻挠，也难阻止尼印关系持续倒退而中尼关系稳中有升的基本趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era,China highly values the diplomacy with neighboring countries. Thanks to the joint efforts by both China and Nepal,China-Nepal relations have made striking progress in all aspects in the new era. The two countries have become a “Strategic Partnership of Cooperation Featuring Ever-Lasting Friendship for Development and Prosperity. ”The goals of development of the two countries in the future are“higher than the Mount Everest,and superior than the Great Wall. ”The new driving force of China-Nepal relations in the new era mainly comes from the fundamental interests and realistic needs of the two countries. In the new era,China-Nepal relations also face some challenges,including the small trade volume,Nepal’s geopolitical strategic wariness against China,the complex and unstable political situation in Nepal,and the interference from major regional power in South Asian such as India and extraterritorial power like the United States. India is the biggest external factor that challenges the Sino-Nepal relationship. As long as China and Nepal can deal with the main challenge existing in Sino-Nepal bilateral relations based on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and their common interests,it is difficult for India to stop the decline of India-Nepal relations and to impede the steadily rising of China-Nepal relations.更多还原
