毛囊发育相关miRNA及外泌体的研究进展
Research progress of hair follicle development-related miRNAs and exosomes
【摘要】 毛囊广泛分布在动物的真皮乳头层和皮下组织中,是产生毛发的重要器官。miRNAs在细胞交流及信息传递过程中发挥着重要作用,外泌体能在细胞间转移生物活性分子。现有大量研究表明,miRNAs和外泌体在皮肤毛囊发育过程中充当重要角色,与毛囊得发育和周期性变化密切相关,可通过与众多生长因子和信号通路相互作用来发挥其生物学功能,如Wnt通路、Notch通路、FGF等。该文综述了近年miRNAs及外泌体在毛囊形态结构、生长发育和周期性变化过程中的调控作用,以及通过与其他调控因子和信号通路之间的相互作用对毛囊及毛发生长产生的影响,为经济动物毛品质的提高和研究哺乳动物毛囊生长相关miRNAs及外泌体的作用和调控机制提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Hair follicles are widely distributed in the papillary dermis and subcutaneous tissue of animals and are important organs for producing hair. miRNAs play an important role in cellular communication and information transmission. Numerous studies have shown that exosomes and miRNAs play an important role in the development of skin hair follicles, are closely related to hair follicle development and periodic changes, and can exert their biological functions by interacting with numerous growth factors and signaling pathways. This paper reviewed the regulatory roles of miRNAs and exosomes in hair follicle morphological structure, growth and development, and periodic changes in recent years, as well as their effects on hair follicles and hair growth through interactions with other regulatory factors and signaling pathways. It will provide a theoretical basis for improving the hair quality of economic animals and studying the role and regulatory mechanism of miRNAs and exosomes related to hair follicle growth of mammalian.
