【摘要】 “扩红”,苏区时期的一个专用名词，既指党和苏区政府为红军部队征募新兵、补充战斗人员、扩大红军力量方面所开展的工作，同时也可以泛指党在各苏区时期扩大红军的工作。为保障苏区“扩红”工作的顺利开展，党和中央苏维埃政府制定了一系列法律、法规、法令、条例，为保障苏区“扩红”工作的进行提供了法律依据，特别是土地法律的制定，成为党开展土地革命的法律依据。《井冈山土地法》的制定与实施，开创了中国共产党依法办事的先河，其后的土地法都是在《井冈山土地法》的基础上不断充实完善而成；《兴国土地法》《赣西南土地法》《苏维埃土地法》的制定，使土地革命的内容、形式、原则在斗争中不断发展、完善；《中华苏维埃共和国土地法》的颁布，使中央苏区土地革命法律依据更为成熟，最终形成了一条正确的土地革命路线；土地革命对中国革命产生了深刻影响。广大翻身解放的苏区人民踊跃参军参战，以各种形式支持革命战争，党领导的革命战争获得源源不断的力量源泉。更多还原
