纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗对于烧伤创面的影响
Effect of Nano Silver Dressing Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel on Burn Wounds
【摘要】 目的:探讨纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗对于烧伤创面的影响。方法:研究对象来自本院2019年6月~2021年6月住院的50例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者。采用抛硬币法随机均分,每个组25例。对照组接受重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,观察组接受纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗。比较两组患者治疗后不同时间的创面愈合率、治疗期间细菌阳性率、创面恢复情况以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后14d、28d创面愈合率均高于对照组,治疗期间创面细菌培养阳性率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组创面平均愈合时间、平均完全溶痂时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月VAS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效显著,能够有效提高创面愈合效果,值得临床推荐。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of nano silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on burn wounds.Methods:The subjects were 50 patients with deep second-degree burns hospitalized in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.In each group, 25 cases were randomly divided by coin tossing.The control group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel, and the observation group received nano silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel.The wound healing rate, bacterial positive rate, wound recovery and visual analogue score(VAS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 14 th and 28 th days after treatment, while the positive rate of wound bacterial culture was lower than that of the control group during the treatment(P<0.05).The average time of wound healing and the average time of complete eschar dissolution in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nano silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel is effective in the treatment of deep second degree burns, which could effectively improve the wound healing effect.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
