【摘要】 家长在劳动教育实施过程中发挥基础作用。调查发现，学生参加的劳动多样化，但家长对其参加服务性劳动缺乏有效引导；家长要求学生做家务，但忽略了学生劳动意识的培养；思想上认可家务劳动，但行动上存在偏差；认识到劳动教育的重要意义，但缺乏对学生劳动的指导。家长劳动教育理念存在偏差；素质的局限难以认识劳动教育的本质；成才观念单一是产生这些问题的原因。因此，家长应注重劳动的教育性，增加学生服务性劳动体验；根据学生兴趣开展劳动教育活动，培养学生劳动自觉；转变成才观念，树立正确的劳动价值观；加强与教师的沟通与联系，改进劳动教育方式方法，充分发挥家庭在劳动教育中的基础作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Parents play a basic role in the implementation of labor education.The survey found that students participated increased labor diversification, but parents lack effective guidance for their participation in service labor; parents ask students to do housework, but ignore the cultivation of students’ labor awareness; ideologically recognize housework, but there are deviations in action; recognize the importance of labor education, but lack guidance on students’ labor.Deviations in the parents’ labor education concept; the limitation of quality makes it difficult to understand the essence of labor education; the single concept of success are reasons for these problems.Therefore, parents should pay attention to the educational nature of labor and increase the student’s service-oriented labor experience; carry out labor education activities according to students’ interests to cultivate students’ labor consciousness; change the concept of talents and establish correct labor values; strengthen communication and contact with teachers to improve labor education methods to give full play to the basic role of the family in labor education.更多还原
