污泥立式烘干焚烧炉系统的热平衡分析

【摘要】 以盐城市城东污水处理厂立式污泥烘干焚烧炉为研究对象,通过热工计算,分析污泥在炉内自持燃烧的可能性。计算结果表明:当废气出口温度为150℃时,收入热量2 805 kJ,支出热量2 140 kJ,收入热量高出支出热量31.07%;当废气出口温度为300℃时,收入热量2 805 kJ,支出热量2 751 kJ,收入热量高出支出热量1.96%。由两种设定条件计算结果可知,城东污水处理厂的污泥理论上可进行自持燃烧,从而实现污泥的减量化、无害化、稳定化处理。同时,焚烧后的副产品还可以考虑用于生产建筑材料,以实现灰渣的资源化利用。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the vertical sludge drying incinerator used in Yancheng Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant is taken as the research object. The possibility of self-sustaining combustion of sludge in the incinerator is analyzed by thermal calculation. The calculation results show that when the exhaust gas outlet temperature is 150 ℃, the income heat is 2 805 kJ and the expenditure heat is 2 140 kJ, and the income heat is 31.07% higher than the expenditure heat. When the outlet temperature of the waste gas is 300 ℃, the income heat is 2 805 kJ and the expenditure heat is 2 751 kJ, and the income heat is 1.96% higher than the expenditure heat. From the calculation results of the two set conditions, it can be seen that the sludge in the Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant can theoretically be self-sustained combustion, so as to realize the reduction, harmlessness and stabilization of the sludge. At the same time, the by-products after incineration can also be considered for the production of building materials, so as to realize the resource utilization of ash.
