钙质絮凝剂对固化高含水率疏浚泥流动性影响研究

【摘要】 通过含钙质絮凝剂固化疏浚泥流动度测定试验,研究不同絮凝剂掺量下固化疏浚泥流动性的变化规律,探讨絮凝剂添加造成流动性改变的原因。试验结果表明,相同掺量下,添加Ca(OH)2的固化疏浚泥流动度降低幅度整体上高于添加CaCl2的;CaCl2主要通过Ca2+的电中和作用和离子交换作用,使固化疏浚泥的流动度发生改变,流动度变化量基本小于1.0 cm;絮凝剂为Ca(OH)2时,随着掺量的增大,Ca(OH)2对固化疏浚泥流动度的影响由离子交换作用和电中和作用为主转变为以火山灰反应为主,固化疏浚泥流动度大幅降低。

【Abstract】 Through the fluidity measurement test of solidified dredged mud containing calcium flocculant, the change law of fluidity of solidified dredged mud under different flocculant dosage is studied, and the reasons for the change of fluidity caused by the addition of flocculant are discussed. The test results show that under the same dosage, the reduction of fluidity of solidified dredged mud caused by the addition of Ca(OH)2 is higher than that caused by the addition of CaCl2. CaCl2 mainly changes the fluidity of solidified dredged mud through the electric neutralization and ion exchange of Ca2+, and the change of fluidity caused by its addition is basically less than 1.0 cm. When the flocculant is Ca(OH)2, with the increase of the dosage, the influence of Ca(OH)2 on the fluidity of solidified dredged mud changes from ion exchange and electric neutralization to pozzolanic reaction, resulting in a significant reduction in the fluidity of solidified dredged mud.
