【摘要】 目的 分析铒：钇、铝、石榴石（Er:YAG）激光联合超声龈下刮治和根面平整术对Ⅱ期牙周炎临床疗效的研究。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年3月在暨南大学附属口腔医院和中山市人民医院口腔分院就诊的42例Ⅱ期牙周炎患者，采用左右半口对照研究，随机将同一患者的一侧设置为研究组，另一侧设置为对照组。对照组行超声龈下刮治和根面平整术治疗，研究组行超声龈下刮治和根面平整术后再行Er:YAG激光治疗，对两组探诊深度（PD）、临床附着丧失程度（CAL）、探针出血（BOP）及术后疼痛度进行比较。结果 研究组治疗后12周和24周的PD、CAL与BOP效果均优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗术后疼痛度（2.21±0.61）分比对照组（2.60±0.54）分低（P<0.05）。结论 临床采用Er:YAG激光联合超声龈下刮治和根面平整术治疗Ⅱ期牙周炎，可以有效地改善患者的牙周临床症状，且能减轻患者牙周治疗的疼痛度，具有一定临床应用和研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyze the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser combined with ultrasonic subgingival curettage and root planing on stage Ⅱ periodontitis. 【Methods】 Forty-two patients with stage Ⅱ periodontitis who were treated in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jinan University and the Dental Branch of Zhongshan People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March2021 were selected. One side of the same patient was set as the study group, and the other side as the control group. The control group underwent ultrasonic subgingival curettage and root planing, and the study group underwent ultrasonic subgingival curettage and root planing followed by Er: YAG laser treatment. Probing depth(PD), the degree of clinical attachment loss(CAL), probe bleeding(BOP) and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The effects of PD, CAL and BOP at 12and 24 weeks after treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of posterior pain in the study group(2.21±0.61) was lower than that of the control group(2.60±0.54), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The clinical use of Er: YAG laser combined with ultrasonic subgingival curettage and root planing for the treatment of stage Ⅱ periodontitis can effectively improve the periodontal clinical symptoms of patients, and can reduce the pain of periodontal treatment.
