【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the opening of large-scale scientific instruments to the society and further improve their utilization efficiency, the State Council has put forward an open sharing mechanism for scientific research instruments and equipment based on authorization and centered on market-oriented operation. Facing up to the problems existing in the open sharing process of large-scale scientific instruments in colleges and universities, taking full account of the open sharing policy background of large-scale scientific instruments, and focusing on the construction of large-scale scientific instruments open laboratories, exploring and practicing from the aspects of organization management, institutional system, intensive platform, market-oriented mechanism, qualification and ability is of great significance to the innovation of large-scale scientific instruments sharing management mode in colleges and universities.更多还原
