【摘要】 目的 探讨正强化骨科理论与颈部功能训练对颈椎术后患者功能康复的影响。方法 92例行手术治疗的颈椎疾病患者随机分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，试验组由接受过正强化骨科理论培训的护理人员指导颈部功能训练，比较两组的疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活能力、生活质量。结果 护理后，试验组的VAS、 NDI评分均低于对照组，BI、 SF-36评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 正强化骨科理论与颈部功能训练能够减轻颈椎术后患者的疼痛，促进颈椎功能恢复，提高生活能力及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of positive reinforcement orthopedic theory and neck function training on functional rehabilitation of patients after cervical spine surgery. Methods 92 patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received neck function training guided by the nursing staff who had received positive reinforcement orthopedic theory training. The pain degree, cervical function, living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the VAS score and NDI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the BI score and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Positive reinforcement orthopedic theory and neck function training can reduce the pain of patients after cervical spine surgery,promote the recovery of cervical spine function, and improve the living ability and quality of life.更多还原
