【摘要】 目的 探讨加速康复外科护理对结肠手术患者康复效果及并发症的影响。方法 80例结肠手术患者随机分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以加速康复外科护理，比较两组的康复指标、并发症及护理满意度。结果 观察组的首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 加速康复外科护理可有效促进结肠手术患者的病情康复，减少并发症发生，提高患者护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of nursing of enhanced recovery after surgery on the rehabilitation effect and complications of patients with colon surgery. Methods 80 patients with colon surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing of enhanced recovery after surgery. The rehabilitation indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The first exhaust time, first defecation time,first out-of-bed activity time, and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing of enhanced recovery after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients with colon surgery, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.更多还原
