【摘要】 目的 探讨导管消融治疗心力衰竭合并持续性心房颤动的临床效果及对患者心功能的影响。方法 120例心力衰竭合并持续性心房颤动患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予导管消融治疗，比较两组的治疗效果和心功能。结果 治疗后，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，LVEF显著高于对照组，LVEDD、 LAD均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 导管消融治疗心力衰竭合并持续性心房颤动具有显著的临床效果，可有效改善患者的心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of catheter ablation in the treatment of heart failure complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation and its impact on cardiac function of patients. Methods 120 patients with heart failure complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional medication therapy, and the observation group was treated with catheter ablation on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and LVEF were significantly higher than those of the control group, and LVEDD and LAD were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Catheter ablation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of heart failure complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation, and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients.更多还原
