【摘要】 目的 探讨超微小针刀联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛缓解的作用。方法 纳入2019年1月至2021年10月我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40）。对照组采用针灸治疗，观察组采用超微小针刀联合针灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、腰腿疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分、直腿抬高角度及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%，高于对照组的80.0%(P <0.05)。治疗后，观察组腰腿疼痛评分低于对照组，腰椎功能评分、直腿抬高角度均高于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为10.0%，与对照组的5.0%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 超微小针刀联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著，可有效缓解患者的腰腿疼痛，改善腰椎功能，且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of superfine needle knife combined with acupuncture on pain relief in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 40) and observation group(n = 40). The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with superfine needle knife combined with acupuncture. The clinical efficacy, lumbar and leg pain score, lumbar function score, straight leg elevation angle and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.5%, higher than 80.0% in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the lumbar and leg pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the lumbar function score and straight leg elevation angle were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.0%, which had no statistical difference compared with 5.0% in the control group(P >0.05). Conclusions Superfine needle knife combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect, which can effectively alleviate the lumbar and leg pain of patients, and improve the lumbar function, with higher safety.更多还原
